On October 28, 2014, the Intellectual Property Law Forum of the WBA of DC is proud to present a program discussing the issues of diversity at the International Trade Commission. At the Diversity in Patent Practice: Litigating Before the ITC in Section 337 Investigations lunchtime program, Judge Dee Lord and Margaret Macdonald will discuss ideas and practical solutions to achieving greater diversity amongst practitioners at the ITC in section 337 investigations. Judge Lord and Ms. Macdonald will take questions from the audience and hope for a fruitful discussion amongst all participants.
